THATCHER HATES THE BATH:: From longtime Law & Order: SVU writer/producer Allison Intrieri comes a picture book that reimagines a classic crime scene—bath time.

THATCHER HATES THE BATH is a laugh-out-loud story about a boy who screams so loudly at bath time that it triggers a full-blown emergency response. Police rush in, firefighters arrive, helicopters circle, and newscasters go live. Each has a wild suggestion—from turkey dinners to surfboards—and Thatcher’s mom tries them all. Overflowing with chaos, heart, and a whole lot of water, this book is perfect for families who’ve ever faced a toddler meltdown of any kind.

At its core, Thatcher Hates the Bath reminds readers that parenting is messy, laughter helps, that you don't always have to get it right the first time and sometimes the simplest solution is to tune out the noise and trust your own instincts.
